Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WRLDWIDE, operated by WRLDWIDE Limited. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms and the Community Standards.

Accounts and profiles

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and do not impersonate another person or organization. Professional, revenue, identity, and travel verification indicators must not be manipulated or misrepresented. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Member-created Experiences

Members—not WRLDWIDE—create and host Experiences. Hosts are responsible for accurate details, lawful and suitable venues, required permissions, participant communications, and reasonable safety practices. Attendees decide whether an Experience is appropriate for them. WRLDWIDE provides discovery, invitations, reservations, communication, and moderation tools and is not the event organizer.

Member content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant WRLDWIDE a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service. You must have the rights necessary to submit it. We may remove content that violates these terms, our standards, or law.

Membership and renewal

If paid membership is offered, its price, term, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions will be presented before purchase through the applicable purchasing channel. Membership is personal and may be suspended or revoked for fraud, abuse, or material standards violations. Deleting an account does not automatically create a refund.

Conduct and safety

Harassment, discrimination, fraud, threats, unsafe conduct, illegal activity, unsolicited mass promotion, scraping, and misuse of member information are prohibited. Use in-app report and block controls where available and contact local emergency services for immediate danger.

Service changes and availability

City intelligence is informational and may be incomplete or become outdated. It is not legal, tax, immigration, financial, investment, or safety advice. We may change or discontinue features and may suspend access when necessary to protect members or the service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, WRLDWIDE is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. WRLDWIDE is not responsible for member conduct, host decisions, third-party venues, external links, or independent travel and investment decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You may delete your account in the app. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, security risks, or harm to the network. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
