Include in your message

Your account email, the relevant city or Experience, and a concise description of the issue. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card details, or sensitive identity documents.

Safety

Use the in-app report and block controls for member or content concerns. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services where you are located before contacting WRLDWIDE.

Account deletion

Open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with your account.
