WRLDWIDE Limited ("WRLDWIDE," "we," or "us") operates the WRLDWIDE app and membership service. This policy explains the information we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
We process account details, contact information, professional profile details, application answers, proof-of-work links, member-created Experiences and posts, messages, reservations, city plans, check-ins, reports, and support requests. If you connect a verification provider, we receive the resulting verification status and approved business metrics—not your full payment-card credentials.
Information collected through the service
With permission, WRLDWIDE uses precise location while the app is open to verify a city check-in, personalize local results, and show nearby Experiences. Precise coordinates are not displayed to other members. We also process device, diagnostic, security, session, notification, and usage information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts; operate profiles, reservations, Circles, messaging, check-ins, and member tools; personalize city intelligence; send requested alerts; assess applications; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce our standards; respond to support; and comply with law.
Sharing and service providers
Profile information is shared according to your visibility settings. Hosts receive information needed to administer reservations. We use service providers for authentication, cloud hosting, analytics, communications, moderation, and—where applicable—membership administration. Stripe processes payment credentials on the web; WRLDWIDE retains customer, subscription, entitlement, and renewal status rather than full card data. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably required for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and service operation. Retention periods vary by record type. We use access controls, encryption in transit, logging, and least-privilege service access, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can change profile, location, messaging, and notification preferences in the app. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Account deletion is available in Profile → Settings → Account. Some records may be retained where the law or legitimate safety and fraud-prevention needs require it.
Age and international processing
WRLDWIDE is for adults aged 18 or older. Because the network is global, information may be processed outside your country with safeguards appropriate to the applicable law.
